QCan I use the kit with my shift?+
Yes. That's what it's for. The license covers one supervisor running it with their own team. If several supervisors or your whole agency want to use it, the agency license covers all shifts and includes support, and your kit price is credited toward it.
QCan my agency pay?+
Yes. All three can be invoiced to an agency, and purchase orders are accepted. Many supervisors buy the kit themselves and bring the results to command.
QWhat if it isn't useful?+
Email within 30 days and you'll get a full refund on the kit. No form, no argument. For open-enrollment seats and coaching, you can cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before your first session.
QIs the coaching therapy?+
No. It's leadership coaching for the job of supervising. If something heavier comes up, you'll get pointed to the right help: your EAP, peer support, or a licensed clinician.
